Phantom Outlaw MC History

The Phantom Outlaw Motorcycle Club were founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1969.

They have strong ties to the Vice Lords street gang. There are many individuals who are members of both the Phantom Motorcycle Club as well as the Vice Lords at the same time.

While many members ride Harley Davidson motorcycles and other chopper style bikes there have also been Asian sports bikes ridden at their events, breaking away from the strict tradition followed by most outlaw motorcycle clubs where only Harley Davidson motorcycles and other bikes made by allied forces nations are accepted.

2012 to 2015 saw the club involved in violent battles with multiple clubs resulting in the plotting of revenge attacks. Ultimately these planned revenge attacks would see multiple members of their Michigan chapters charged under the RICO act and many being sentenced to decades in prison.
