Unknown Bikers MC (Motorcycle Club)

Unknown Bikers MC are an outlaw motorcycle club founded in Brooklyn, New York in 1974.

There is also a club by the name of Unknown Bikers MC who are based in Verona, Italy. They have a patch consisting of two dogs either side of flames and a motorcycle chain. The Italian based Unknown Bikers are not believed to have any connection to the motorcycle club discussed in this article.

Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Club History

The Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Club were founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York in 1974. The Williamsburg chapter would become the Mother Chapter. The Unknown Bikers logo trademark suggests that the first use was on 1 June, 1974. This founding date and location is very similar to that of the Dirty Ones MC.

Good publicity came to the club on multiple occasions, including where they were noted as having a positive influence in the Williamsburg area around the area where the Mother Chapter was located. Street drug sales were a big problem in the area before the club moved in.

Most members of the motorcycle club up until the late 1990s were of Italian or Spanish descent. Around 1999 the first of the Polish members began to join the club.

The Greenpoint, Brooklyn chapter was founded in 2010, with Daniel Sadowski as President. There is a strong Polish influence within the chapter. One of the club’s official websites is also written in Polish. Some members of the New York based Unknown Bikers can also be seen wearing a patch bearing the flag of Poland.

In around 2003 the club expanded to Puerto Rico, opening a chapter in the town of San German with a chapter also opened in the town of Ponce in 2015.

In 2012 the club expanded to Poland.

They Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Club also have a presence in Iceland.

Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Club Patch / Motto / Colors

The Unknown Bikers patch is focussed on a skull wearing a three horned red Celtic helmet. Behind the skull is an Iron Cross, which has also been described as a Maltese Cross.

The colors used by the Unknown Bikers are red, white and black.

Unknown Bikers MC Crime / In The Media

2016 – 24 June, 2016. Hells Angels MC members reportedly take multiple cuts from members of the Unknown Bikers.

2016 – 26 June, 2016. Approximately 100 members of the Unknown Bikers surround the Hells Angels clubhouse in Hempstead Village, Long Island, New York to retrieve the cuts around 3:30pm. Hempstead Village Police along with 50 officers of the Nassau Police Department, including a Nassau SWAT team, arrive on the scene before the groups disperse.
